🚨 Landlords, listen up! 🚨

Your property's electrics are like your best friend - you gotta make sure they're in tip-top shape! 😎

An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is your safety net, making sure everything's up to regulations and your tenants are safe. ⚡️

Here's the deal: You need a new EICR every 5 years, no ifs and or buts. 🙅‍♀️

LC Fisher Electrical Services is here to keep your property safe and compliant. We'll give your electrics a thorough check-up and make sure everything's running smoothly. 🔌
